Each plan builds on the one below. Free gives you your own AI with memory, on every channel — running one model. Plus ($20) turns it into a team of AIs with its own computer, generates video and music, and coordinates across your devices. Pro ($100) adds premium workers for the hardest sub-tasks, the frontier "Elite" brain, Priority processing, 20,000 monthly credits (5× Plus), longer calls, and 1 month of history. Max ($200) gives you the most headroom — unlimited call length, 3 months of history, and 40,000 monthly credits. Pick the level that matches how hard you lean on it.
Free runs one capable model. Paid plans run a team: a frontier "boss" model reads each task, does the high-value work itself, and hands the legwork to efficient workers running in parallel — so you get top-tier results without paying premium rates across the board. Pro and Max add premium workers for the hardest sub-tasks and the frontier "Elite" brain. The Elite brain is part of Pro and up — you can't unlock it with credits. A speed switch for Pro and Max. Turn it on and supported requests route through a faster priority lane at a premium credit rate (see /usage) — and you're only charged the premium when priority is actually delivered. If a request ends up served through the standard lane, you pay the standard price. It's a toggle, not a plan change: on for the deadline, off after, anytime in settings. How much email and call history you can see depends on your plan: Free 1 day, Plus 1 week, Pro 1 month, and Max 3 months. Older history isn't deleted — upgrade any time and it unlocks with the bigger window.
Two things. Your plan — which covers AI usage, the models you get, your call limits, and how long your history is kept. And phone numbers — your first is free to claim, and any additional number is billed monthly at a price you see before you claim it. Pick a plan, claim your number, you're set.
Usage is everything Zinley does as an AI — replies, tool calls, agent runs, in-app voice, and image/video/music generation — all measured in credits. Each plan includes a monthly pool sized at checkout (bases: Free 2,000, Plus 4,000, Pro 20,000, Max 40,000) that refreshes every cycle, plus a small daily pool on top. When everything's used up, Zinley pauses and tells you exactly when it resets — or you top up, or switch on pay-as-you-go. Nothing is ever charged silently — overage is off by default. Yes. On Plus, Pro, and Max you pick your monthly credit amount at checkout — from the plan's base all the way up to 5M on Max — and the price adjusts to match at your plan's credit rate. Plus has the lowest price per credit; Pro and Max credits include their tier's premium models and priority capacity, and every amount shows its exact price before you buy. On top of that, any plan can buy credit bundles that never expire, or switch on pay-as-you-go to keep going past your plan and pay only for what you use. Yes, even on Free. Claim a number (your first is free) and Zinley answers and places real calls. Free handles one call at a time, up to 15 minutes. Paid plans add concurrency and length: Plus runs 5 calls at once, Pro runs 10 up to 60 minutes each, and Max runs 20 with no length limit.
No. Phone-call minutes only cover real phone calls — someone dialing your Zinley number, or Zinley calling out for you. In-app voice needs no phone number and has no call caps on any plan — it just uses your credits like any other work.

Paid plans add cross-device coordination: your devices hand off tasks and run in parallel, so a big job can spread across them and come back as one answer.

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and we prorate what you've paid. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current period, so you keep what you already paid for. That includes resizing your monthly credit amount. No fees, no retention calls.
Both. Annual is 10 months' price for 12 months' service, two months free — whatever credit amount you choose. Switch between monthly and annual anytime from your billing page.
