Questions you probably have
Two things. Your Zinley plan, which covers AI usage and phone-call minutes for your Zinley line. And phone numbers, a small monthly fee per number you own (your first one is free). Pick a plan, claim your number, you're set.
No. Phone-call minutes only cover real phone calls (someone dialing your Zinley number, or Zinley calling out on your behalf). Voice chat with Zinley inside the app counts as regular plan usage, not phone minutes.
Same Zinley, every device. One memory, one context. Start on your phone, continue on your laptop, finish on your desktop — it always picks up where you left off. There's no "phone Zinley" or "laptop Zinley." Just Zinley, using whichever screen you're near.
Yes. You can own as many numbers as you want — phone numbers work like domains: a small monthly fee per line keeps it yours. What scales with your plan is your minutes-per-call cap and your concurrent-call quota (how many calls Zinley can handle at the same time across your numbers). Higher tiers get longer calls and more parallel capacity. Each line is configured independently in the dashboard: its own voice, greeting, Agent Card (theme, bio, handle, QR), trusted-caller list, routing rules, after-hours behavior. Outbound is per line too — caller ID, intro script, tone, spending cap, and tool permissions all change based on which line Zinley dials from. All lines share the same dashboard and the same memory, so every call lands in one inbox. One account, many front doors.
Think JARVIS — one assistant, every screen. Four things come from it. Context flows: tell Zinley something on one device, every device knows. You can speak to a specific device on purpose — "phone, grab that photo," "laptop, keep writing." Zinley coordinates on its own, handing off to whichever device makes sense. And for big jobs it can run a copy of itself on another device in parallel, then give you one answer at the end.
Usage is everything Zinley does as an AI — replies, tool calls, agent runs, in-app voice. Higher plans get more. When you hit the limit, Zinley pauses and tells you exactly when capacity frees up. You can also turn on optional pay-as-you-go in billing if you'd rather keep going. Nothing is silently charged — overage is off by default.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and we prorate what you've paid. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current period, so you keep what you already paid for. No fees, no retention calls.
