Zinley runs on one simple idea: credits. Every action your agent takes spends credits — from drafting an email to running a deep task to a minute on a phone call. Here's the whole model at a glance:
Your agent comes with its own email address. Owning it costs nothing.
Each line shows its monthly price when you pick it — your first is free to claim. Cancel anytime.
Email, work, calls — light to heavy, all billed from credits.
Set a top-up and spend cap so your agent keeps working — on your terms.
Your credits come from three places, and they're always spent in the same order:
Spend order: daily → subscription → top-up. Your free daily credits go first, then your plan's monthly credits, and the credits you paid for are only ever touched last.
Every action your agent takes spends credits — answering you, running agents and tools, scheduled tasks, in-app voice, image / video / music generation, web search and reading, memory, and composing and sending email. Light tasks cost very little; heavy ones cost more.
You're charged by the real cost of the work, not a flat per-message fee. Your agent's email address itself is free to own — it's the work behind each message that draws from your credits, just like everything else your agent does.
Every plan starts from a base monthly credit amount, plus a small daily pool on top:
| Plan | Base price / mo | Daily credits | Base subscription credits / mo |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 10 | 2,000 |
| Plus | $20 | 20 | 4,000 |
| Pro | $100 | 100 | 20,000 |
| Max | $200 | 200 | 40,000 |
Size your plan to fit. On Plus, Pro, and Max the monthly credit amount is yours to choose at checkout — from the plan's base all the way up to 5,000,000 on Max. Each plan has its own credit rate: Plus credits are the least expensive (200 credits per $1), while Pro and Max credits include their tier's premium — frontier models, priority capacity, and higher limits. The exact price for every credit amount is shown right on the checkout dropdown, and a credit spends identically on every plan. Features (models, call limits, history) come from the tier you pick; credits come from the amount you pick.
Beyond credits, a few things scale with your plan:
| Plan | Active scheduled tasks | Email & call history |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 3 | 3 days |
| Plus | 10 | 30 days |
| Pro | 20 | 6 months |
| Max | 50 | Permanent |
Smarter models scale too: Free runs one model, Plus runs a team of AIs, and Pro and Max unlock the frontier “Elite” brain. See the full comparison.

Every plan can top up — Free included. Buy credits whenever you want; they land in your wallet and never expire. Bundles are priced at your plan's credit rate — the same rate as your subscription, so topping up and upsizing your plan always cost the same per credit:
| You pay | Free & Plus | Pro | Max |
|---|---|---|---|
| $10 | 2,000 | 1,800 | 1,500 |
| $25 | 5,000 | 4,500 | 3,750 |
| $50 | 10,000 | 9,000 | 7,500 |
| $100 | 20,000 | 18,000 | 15,000 |
Prefer to never think about it? Turn on auto top-up: set a threshold and Zinley refills your wallet automatically when it runs low, so your agent never stops mid-task. It's off by default — you're always in control of when and how much.
Plus, Pro, and Max can also switch on pay-as-you-go in billing settings. If every pool is empty, your agent keeps working and you're billed only for what you use past your plan. You set a charge threshold (between $5 and $100) — when pending overage reaches it, it's charged and reset to $0.
It's opt-in and off by default. If you don't enable it, Zinley simply pauses at zero — nothing is ever silently charged.
If your daily, subscription, and wallet credits are all at zero and pay-as-you-go is off, your agent pauses new work and tells you exactly what happened. A few things are always true:
A phone number is a subscription — each line shows its monthly price when you pick it — so your agent can make and receive real calls. Your first number is free to claim. Every minute of every call is billed from your credits, the same as any other work; the subscription only keeps the line itself yours.
Cancel anytime and the number is released — billing stops and it's free of charge from then on. One caveat: once you release a number we can't guarantee you'll get it back — after a short grace period it returns to the public pool and someone else may claim it.
For real phone calls over the telecom network, each plan sets how many can run at once and how long a single call can last:
| Plan | Calls at once | Max call length |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 | 15 min |
| Plus | 5 | 15 min |
| Pro | 10 | 60 min |
| Max | 20 | No limit |
These limits apply only to real telecom calls. Talking to Zinley inside the app — voice chat with your representative — needs no phone number and isn't capped by your tier; it's just normal credit usage.
You never pick a model. Zinley runs in Auto: it reads each task and routes it to the right model automatically. On paid plans Auto is multi-agent — a lead model plans the work and delegates to a team that runs in parallel — so you get strong, fast results without managing any of it. It just works, and you only ever spend credits on the work itself.
